Every time I have made a warranty claim they have contacted me within 24 hours and made an appointment for the repairs.
We bought new appliances in 2020 when we built our house and so far we have had to replace the dishwasher, washer and dryer all within the warranty period and they were replaced or repaired in a timely manner and without any complications. I strongly recommend them.
